Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the specific items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags remain attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
